An Invitation After Dark

When the last fishing boats are moored and the fog rolls in off the black water, a single lantern is lit at the old harbourmaster's steps. Follow it through cobbled lanes, past shuttered customs houses and salt-stained graveyards, and hear the town tell its own drowned history — in the voices of those who never came back from the sea.
